What does the commission do?

The commission make sure that all the ethical aspects and components are met, within the interdisciplinary scientific work that reaches the organism in order to obtain the "Ethical Approval".

Senate Commission for Information Management

What does the commission do?

The Commission advises  the university management and senate on fundamental issues regarding information and communication technology at the University of Hohenheim, especially the services offered via KIM.

Governance Body: Hohenheim Research Center for Health Sciences

What does the commission do?

The Hohenheim Research Center for Health Sciences provides a dynamic platform for researchers, lecturers, young scientists and students dedicated to life science and societal health topics. The Hohenheim Research Center for Health Sciences promotes high-level research across several disciplines in accordance with the "One Health" concept by joining expertise, strengthening national and international research networks and obtaining funds for integrated research projects.

Motivation: I joined the Hohenheim Research Center for Health Sciences to support the networking of young scientists with researchers and teachers. I believe that the Hohenheim Research Center for Health Sciences offers a unique opportunity to support young scientists in innovative and interdisciplinary research projects.

 

Governance Body: Hohenheim Research Center for Global Food Security and Ecosystems

What does the commission do?

The Hohenheim Research Center for Global Food Security and Ecosystem (GFE) act as a platform for the development and implementation of research projects on global food security and ecosystem. The Steering Committee consists of a member of the Presidency of the University, external experts and guests, professors of different faculties, researchers and the managing directors and holds their meetings usually twice a semester.

 

Governance Body: Hohenheim Research Center for Bioeconomy

What does the commission do?

The task of the Hohenheim Research Center for Bioeconomy (RCB) is to establish and implement this interdisciplinary topic in a targeted and sustainable manner at the University of Hohenheim. The comission supports the RCB in their activities as a steering body and tries to facilitate in line with the mandate given.
